Playing entire library of songs? Songs not shuffling properly?

When I want to play my database by 'tracks', it only accepts the first 5000 tracks.  When I am shuffling, it only shuffles the first 5000 tracks.
I have set my max playlist size to 5000 so that explains some of what's happening.

When I select a track after the first 5000, it just says <unknown artist>  <unknown album>, takes me back to the menu and refuses to play.

If I am shuffling, I'd like to be able to play 5000 random songs out of my entire track library. If I am just playing normally, I'd like to be able to play 5000 songs from the song I selected.

Anything I can do to solve this issue? Apologies if I didn't explain this correctly, I can go into more detail on certain parts if need be.
