H300 Cf mod sporadic crashes

I shouldn't wrote this post if not one moment with this issue.

First i should say my unit has similar (but not the same) cf-mod hardware: http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,51711.0.html . I.e it is not pure cf-mod, but cf-pata + cf-sd + microsdxc (FAT32 formatted 64GB) hamburger.
Issue is almost the same (freezes) but in my case it happens rarely and sporadic. Player can freeze at any moment: while playing (same tracks plays normally after reboot), while surfing through menu, while switching tracks. Charge level means nothing - once it get frozen at 100% right after the start. Switched Rockbox from 3.10 to 3.14, tried to play around settings, database, replaced microsdxc, accu (previous got 5 years already) but without success - once per day my unit get stucked with "error accessing playlist control file".
You can say "man, it is obvious - blame that cheap adapter", but..

Now it is the third day since i switched to Rockbox 3.9.1. My unit plays all day long and it looks like issue show no presence - no matter how i try (fast ff-click also), but still can't get my player frozen. Also adding files to playlist became much faster in compare with 3.10-3.14.

Is there any solutions for 3.14 or i shall stick to 3.9.1 forever?

UPD: No luck with 3.9.1 though - got the freeze once again. It seems the adapter is faulty or have compatibility problems.

It seems like the reason was just a faulty adapter - got no freeze in 2.5 weeks (RB 3.14) with the other one.
