Player to power-on to the WPS with playback paused
« on: September 06, 2018, 10:57:12 AM »
To add an option to Settings which would allow the player to power-on to the WPS screen paused.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus with keyless start. Locking/Unlocking the car is by remote only. When I use the remote to unlock the car and get in, the cars accessory system/USB socket is live. Therefore the player powers on to the WPS and starts playback from where I last paused it. No problem there usually, as long as I start the car and drive off. However there are many occasions when I unlock the car and don't start the car e.g. cleaning the car, doing something under the bonnet/hood, accessing the boot/trunk area.

So I'd prefer to be able to set the player to power on to the WPS with playback paused and then press play before driving off. Switching off Car Mode and Automatic Resume has so far had no effect.
