Rockbox on 7th gen iPod

Ive recently upgraded my iPod to the iflash/SD card, and now I want to rockbox it. I know I need to reformat my iPod to fat32 and I have access to a PC, so how do I do that?

Once it is in windows format, how do I install rockbox on my iPod? and will I still be able to drag my music from my iTunes library into my iPod?

Restore with iTunes and follow these instructions: https://files.freemyipod.org/~user890104/bootloader-ipodclassic.html

Regarding putting music on your player, there is a manual and an iPod FAQ on the wiki.
