I am really hopeless. MA9 upgarde Rockbox system failed

So I spent whole night to install a win7 32 bit system to upgrade my MA9

In the final step, clicking upgrade

This appeared

INFO:Test Device Start
ERROR:Test Device Fail
INFO:Upgrade End

I cannot find any post or website talking about this

please, someone tell me how to solve this problem...

I don't know anything about RK27 Upgrade, but someone over on Head-Fi experienced similar problems and it was caused by using a pc with a "modern" CPU:
