Rockbox iPod 5g, songs playing inside other songs

Alright, I got rockbox loaded up on an iPod 5th gen, it plays some songs fine but occasionally it'll play a snippet of a song inside another song. If you rewind it it plays the same snippet at the same time. It didn't happen on the iPod os with the same songs. Any suggestions?
