Xduoo X3: Rockbox firmware not recognized?

I have installed the ".rockbox" and "update" folders per this instructions:

However, the USBBurnTool doesn't seem to work properly; whenever I click, the user interface doesn't respond. When I run the .bat script to install Rockbox, it says USBBurnTool cannot be found even though it is in the same directory.

I have installed the ".rockbox" and "update" folders but I still have issues with Rockbox not being recognized when I go to "Settings -> Upgrade".

I am going to try other guides on installing rockbox but thought I would ask here for help.
