Ok, what version of rockbox are you currently running have you tried installing 3.13 3.14 or the current dev version instead?

if you rename the current .rockbox folder .rockbox.old you can keep the current install for later

I have last 3.14 version of rockbox. In "System" - "Rockbox info": e2271ed-170828.
I have not any access to drive so now I can not installing anything on my device.

Hi again.
I resolve problem.
I formated device from the level of original firmware: settings, format, etc.
After it Rockbox did not start (boot not found and info on LCD:"plug usb to...."(or sth) but when I link device to PC I could install bootloader and then 3.14 Rockbox firmware.
I think that sth wrong with internal sansa disk.
