Sansa Clip+ no access to drive

Hi.
Sansa Clip+ after pluging to PC showing on "My Computer" like a disk ("G" disc in my PC), but I have not any access to that disk.
I Can not format it, erease, etc.anything.
How to get access.
By the way Sansa work well. I can switch it on/off,. Everything is fine but access

If you reboot into the Sandisk firmware does that work?

Yes, If I reboot Sansa into the Sandisk firmware works and I have access to the disk.

My first guess would be a driver error on your pc, did you try a different usb port or even a different pc?

You can use NirSofts' USB DevView to delete the driver

Yes I tried to use different usb port and even different PC (Laptops). On every PC problem is the same.
By the way, as I wrote above,  in original Sansa firmware device works well.

Ok, what version of rockbox are you currently running have you tried installing 3.13 3.14 or the current dev version instead?

if you rename the current .rockbox folder .rockbox.old you can keep the current install for later

I have last 3.14 version of rockbox. In "System" - "Rockbox info": e2271ed-170828.
I have not any access to drive so now I can not installing anything on my device.

Hi again.
I resolve problem.
I formated device from the level of original firmware: settings, format, etc.
After it Rockbox did not start (boot not found and info on LCD:"plug usb to...."(or sth) but when I link device to PC I could install bootloader and then 3.14 Rockbox firmware.
I think that sth wrong with internal sansa disk.
