This summer, my cousin and I got to visit my uncle and aunt for a week. I asked him about getting the battery and flash adapter for the iPod and he got it as an early B-Day gift. When they arrived a few days later, we tried to install them in the iPod. We got the battery in, but we needed an adapter for iPod to CF adapter. I wasn't going to be able to have the part installed and take it home.
He got my music off my Google Drive, iTunes and Rockbox installed on it. Rockbox couldn't load the database and froze at "Building Database. 0 found." I told him to send it back like that and I'll figure it out. When it came back from the mail, the iPod flipped back and fourth from iTunes to Rockbox when I was charging it.
https://youtu.be/D0-76FgSEjw My uncle couldn't install all of the music off of my G. Drive and he forgot some. So, I decided that I would re-format the SD card (inside the iPod) and install only Rockbox on it. Yesterday, I couldn't access the Rockbox download page so I decided to install Rockbox Utility-v1.4.0.
Rockbox Utility-v1.4.0 couldn't recognize the iPod, so I decided to install iTunes on the iPod to identify it, without any songs installed on that side. It installed Rockbox on the iPod. I also installed some themes through it, but Rockbox can't see them.
I started to add files by downloading and zipping the files directly from Google Drive to the SD card while in the iPod. Then, the Latitude e6400 slept because I didn't do anything on it. Why didn't I touch it, I was doing chores. When I came back the computer wouldn't see it, again. I just left it be for a while, when I was busy re-organizing my computer's music files to the liking of my G. Drive. Then I plugged the iPod back in and copied the music over from my computer into the iPod.
I tried to listen to some music by setting up the database, but then it started to mess up. It froze. I did this multiple times and the errors I was talking about above this comment started to happen. So that's my story. Please, someone help me.
