Anyone willing to repair my Clip+?
« on: July 06, 2018, 10:01:43 AM »
I've got a Rockbox'd Clip+ that's in bad shape and I wanna know if there's anyone out there, here or elsewhere, would be willing to offer services for a repair. The back clip is broken off and the player is in a comatose state. It powers on but but it won't move past the Rockbox splash scree. If I boot into the stock firmware, I get this error-
"Not enough space for music DB. Please free 90mb"
If I connect it to my PC, I can't access the folders or anything. What should I do? Replacing it is largely out of the question doe to how expensive they've gotten and I have no means of attempting repair myself at the moment.

There are instructions in the Wiki somewhere how to fix "Not enough space for music DB".
