Creative zen xfi2 does not boot up

Hello everyone.
I have creative player xfi2.It has stopped responding.For 10 attempts of booting up player to recovery mode one is successful however none of  options "reset",Clean up" and format can not be activated by pressing buttons.Is player bricked?I tried to place unpacked rockbox on sd card and boot up but nothing has changed.Can someone explain of anything can be done?
