So with dualboot I'm stuck with 128gb? But if I only boot rockbox I can exceed 128gb?
An other option besides iFlash adapters: As far as I know, the 128GB iTunes limit doesn't apply to the 160GB harddrive with a CE-ATA interface. You will need a suitable ribbon cable and a thick backplate for this.

But if I only boot rockbox I can exceed 128gb?You'll have problems syncing if you only boot rockbox.Essentially that particular logic board can't usefully be used with a larger drive (other than the dual-platter CE-ATA160gb the 6th gen originally came with, as cereal_killer says)
