Trying to install ~ mountpoint unknown or invalid

Missliberty:
Ok.. .I have a sansa zip clip and when trying to install rockbox I get this error...mountpoint unknown or invalid

I did a search but on the forums and I did not see that here.  I probably didn't search it correctly ~ hopefully, someone can give me a direction.

That means you didn't select a device to install to. Go back and select the players drive.

Missliberty:
I am confused on where to install. 

There is a drop down menu for the drive selection but.... it doesn't drop down.

So no drives are available? What drive letter does your device have?

My sansa zip clip?

It shows up under "this pc"

Doesn't show a letter or anything next to it.
