sansa clip+ some database entries missing

Using:
Sansa clip+
Rockbox 3.14
Puddletag 1.0.2

I am having trouble with entries in the database showing up.
artists 3/10 are shown
genre 1/2 shown
albums 3/10 shown

The 3 artists that show up are in folders. Not sure if that should matter.
The tags are vorbis comment

I have looked at the tags through Puddletag and I don't see what the problem is. Also searched the NET and haven't found a solution.
