Please help

I'm new here and I'm having trouble with rockbox. I have a Sansa fuze and I plugged it into my phone to copy some music I downloaded. I unplugged it and it seemingly deleted rockbox. I can't do anything on it anymore, even the out of the box Sansa firmware doesn't work. Can someone please help me with this? I don't know how to reinstall rockbox.

The . rockbox folder has just completely gone missing if that helps any.

It says "loading firmware" "file not found" then crashes. At the bottom it says "boot ver. 3.0".

You should still be able to access USB mode by holding the center button (99% sure that's it on the fuze) while plugging in USB with the device off. Then copy a new .rockbox folder over and check the file system for errors.

It's the left "directional" button but same idea. I did try this though... maybe I got the wrong .rockbox folder or something. Pardon the noob but where do I find the correct folder to download? Thanks for the help though. I kinda got freaked out when that happened. :)

There is a download link for rockbox on the left side of the screen. Either release or development builds will work.
