Sansa Fuze v2 ATA Error: -2

Hello,  my Fuze v2 boots into the default firmware, but will not boot into rockbox. I have tried reinstalling, formatting, and installing again with and without the RB Utility. under the ATA Error: -2 msg it says press on to debug. which yields the following images

  Does anyone here know what is causing this issue and if it can be resolved?
  I would appreciate it if someone would help me get this wounded soldier back to life
