Why is replaygain no longer supported (no longer referenced in the manual either)?

Why was the Playlist feature removed (though still referenced in the user's manual)?

Why is Rockbox 3.14 no longer available for download for this device?

While these question apply to Rockbox 3.14, I've tried earlier versions down to 3.12.

I've searched all over the site and the applicable FAQ for these answers, but found none.

Anybody got any ideas?
