Sansa Clip Zip problems - Multiple installation problems

Trying to install Rockbox on Sansa Clip Zip following visual guide. If I select clip zip I get a "Mountpoint not found" message and cannot proceed. If I try autodetect, Rockbox immediately crashes. So basically I can't even get started. Running windows 10 latest version and Rockbox Utility latest version. Any suggestions? Don't particularly want to try manual install since so much can go wrong so easily.
