EQ Presets Not Working

I have a Sansa Clip + that is brand new.  I installed Rockbox, but when I go to the EQ presets, nothing happens.  The normal list of preset options doesn't appear.  Can anyone offer any help with this?  On my old Sansa Clip +, they appeared without any issues.  The only difference is that I used an older version of RB.  Should I try and install that same older version on my new Sansa Clip +?

The presets were removed after the EQ was reworked to have 10 bands 5 or 6 years ago.   You can copy the old ones over, but I'm not certain if they actually work correctly.

I wound up uninstalling 3.14, and installing 3.13.  Not only did the presets work again, but the playlist control error vanished, as well.  For whatever reason, the older version just seems to work better with my Sansa Clip+.
