Ipod Video 5.5 playback error

Hi everyone , I upgrading my Ipod Video 5.5 to 420Gb by micro Sd adaptor. The problem is when I installed rockbox it can't play properly. it plays few seconds then white screen with this notice "divide by zero at..." or some files just play few seconds then it just skip to another song. The ipod plays fine on apple default firmware. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really want to use rockbox. thanks
