How can I open this xml file

I extracted a firmware file and got unrecognized files that I tried to edit with Hex Editor but I can see only a few individual lines from the file
binwalk identified the file as an .xml file

But I do not know how to read it .. (there is a text file in the firmware files that mentions the name of the software XPAT XML Parser)

Looks like it is an XML file concatenated into some larger binary, possibly an image for a ROM or something similar.

I think a hex editor is your best option until you figure out more.  Then I guess try to write or find a parser for that format.

I try to translate words that are not in English lang and the problem is that when I edit the file with hex editor I can not see any other language properly

Inside the firmware folder there is a file called "legal.txt"
The "XPAT XML Parser" software Is mentioned in the file.. Will this information help me to open the xml file?
(I tried to install that software and I have no idea how to use it)
