iRiver H-115 doesn't load Rockbox

Hi there,

I'm own an iRiver H-115, since it was new. I use Rockbox by at least 10 years. Some days ago, I thought to refresh the software, I downloaded the Rockbox utility and so on.

The iRiver responded well, I checked the files and the folders were at their place.

On the folder tree, I scrolled down and I opened one of them to play the contained files. Immediately the window "... loading" has opened but nothing happened, ... I waited and then I turned off the player.

I tried to rebooted it but it does not want to know. I tried again and again. Nothing to do.

I read the Rockbox manual and i tried to turn on the player via the original software: the player turned on, but it doesn't show either files nor folders.

I connected the player but the PC doesn't see it.

Could you please help me?
