Files Not Displaying But Show Up and Play from Database

Hi all, just a random issue I'm having with my iPod Mini (replaced battery and using a 64GB CF card). All had been working fine as I was using folders to organize my music and navigated via files. But suddenly, my files no longer display in the folders. The folders they should be in are still there, but the files are not. I checked the "Show Files" option and when I set it to show all, it shows them again, but won't let me play them. If I go to supported, nothing shows even though I've played all this music before. All the files still play when I navigate through the database, but I REALLY don't like doing it this way. What is going on?

[EDIT] Mods, you can mark this as resolved. Tried reflashing via the utility and lo and behold all was fixed (idk why, just worked)
