I am checking a local marketplace and ebay for sansa sandisk players. Most of them can run rockbox. I own a lot of them now and usually for a very descent price, because I already own spare devices I am not forced into buying one too expensive.
The e200's are my favourites due to the awesome battery life and able to replace it easily. Also own clips (+), fuze and c200 - just as useful but less long battery life.
Personally I don't mind to buy devices used even if they look battered. IMO Rockbox is all about functionality (eg. one of my e200's has a damaged display and still very usable due to spoken menu etc)
If I was looking for another e200 I would probably buy this one - good price and shipment not expensive as well (also to new zealand).

Sandisk Still has some fuze+ left get em while you can!
S.O.Y.:
Anyone still has a clip zip available at a reasonable price?

I'd like a player with the features and size of a Zip but the output power of an iPod for better bass. Damn shame a FiiO or Shanling won't cut the mustard.

i guess the clips DAC is not that good, ie not audiofile? noise floor?
i’ve got hifiman earbuds, with phones and a lot of consumer gear i hear a lawful noise floor. the dac in the zipit https://mozzwald.com/zipitz2 is quite good. my iaudio x5 is alright but gets nosey the more its turned up, near max is quite nosily. Still a lot lot better than my samsung i9100 phone.
Thanks
