Is there any way possible to remove the OF on a sansa clip+? I don't even use the OF so if there is a way to delete it? ??? ???

There's also no real need to.

If you really wanted to, I suppose you could modify the bootloader to disable OF boot... but this is as bad of an idea as it sounds.
