Rockbox Utility not starting

I have just installed rockbox utility but when i try to open it i get this... (picture attached)
Anybody with help??

I think that is normal. 

What is your question?

But the application is not opening and i cannot install rockbox on my devices

Rockboxboy:
What do i have to enter here? (Windows 10 64bit)

saratoga:
Go to the device tab, select your device and it's drive letter.

I think the manual has more information, but the prompts should be self explanatory.
