Hi folks,
First time on here 8) 8) 8)
My Equipment:
Ipod 6th gen 120 GB
Iflash quad board
4 SD cards totaling 360GB
This I know:
How to format cards creating new MRB files all in FAT 32
How to go in disk mode
How to go into DFU mode
How to get Apples SW back on the ipod.
How to restore the ipod in itunes
Issue I'm having:
I'm using Using Rockbox Installer RockboxBootloaderInstaller_iPodClassic_v1_0
I make sure to select show disabled targets adn pick 6th gen
When I get to the end on the installing process of Rock Box, I get the Error as below, on the ipod
Rock box boot loader
version 1.0
battery status ok 4119mV
loading rockbox.....
error!
can't load rock box ipod
file not found
entering usb mode
plug cable
On my desktop computer in rock box its gets to 99% installation and I get this error message:
Could not remount the device try to do it manually. If the ipod didn't restart force a reset by pressing select + menu buttons for 5 sec. If the problem could not be solved then click abort.
I've tried the select + menu for 5 seconds and nothing happens I get back to the same error as above.
At this point I just press select + menu and the hold switch to get back to apple SW, I have proceeded to complete this process about 3 times now to no avail.
Does any one happen to know whats going on or what kind of user error is being performed here. Much Much thanks to all in advance.

OK. I fixed the above error I was getting and I've gotten Rockbox installed.
New Issue. It's only picking up 1 SD card in the first slot of the Quad iflash adapter. I have 3 more in there all were formatted like the first card using FAT32.
Any advice?

I think you need to talk to the company that made your adapter.
