FM Radio is louder

I'm sorry but the FM Radio is in 3.14 on the lowest level louder than in the first 3.13 versions.
I believe, in the last development versions of 3.13 it is also louder...
It would be very fine if this could be changed.
When you're going to sleep you can't listen to the radio because it is too loud?!
