Help making apps for sansa clip+

I really need help because I want to make a connect 4 plugin for my clip+.Can I get information on how to make an app and what are the requirements

Well sadly i own a chromebook that does not allow me to do the compiling.I also cannot download linux on here so any alternate ways to do it?

You can install gcc development on a chromebook and then most likely follow the normal linux installation tools.  I don't know the details, but there are various guides online.

Sadly (I know sorry for the negativity) but my school owns these and if I try to install it then i will have to pay a fine of 200$.I should be getting a computer from my ilp classes but until then any other way?

You will need a computer with a compiler if you want to compile code.  There is no way around that.

If you already have a PC (for example a Windows PC) you could boot Linux with a Linux Live CD (on a DVD disc or USB thumb drive) like Ubuntu (https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/try-ubuntu-before-you-install). Or you can install Linux along side Windows and choose at computer boot which operating system to run.
