Call for manual writers

In case you didn't hear, we're preparing for a 3.14 release in early May (follow the ml thread here: https://www.rockbox.org/mail/archive//rockbox-dev-archive-2017-04/0000.shtml.

There is something that would be nice to have that we're missing right now: manuals for all the stable targets. Currently the Creative Zen line and the Sony NWZ line are all missing manuals. If you'd like to help in finishing these missing entries, please see https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/RockboxManual and send a patch before May.
