Is my Xduoo x3 bricked

my player is stuck on the following info on the screen & is unresponsive to input, cant turn it off, pc wont recognise it.

xduoo X3 Rockbox Boot
version d312ba8M-1603
Mounting Disk...
Loading firmware...
Error: file not found

The player did this when I was trying to roll the firmware back to stock. I dont think the .rockbox folder was on the card at the time which has caused this error I think. thanks in advance for any help.

Please contact author of the port. Xduoo x3 is NOT official rockbox port and we do not provide support for it. Sorry.
