Ipod 4th gen can't install bootloader

Hello to you all!

I have just registered and would like to thank you for having me here and letting me benefit from your experience.

I am trying to upgrade my old iPod4th gen.(colour display, 60GBHDD) to Rockbox. It is formatted as FAT and I am able to install the Rockbox firmware, fonts and games via the Rockbox Utility. However, I am unable to install the bootloader. I am receiving the error message "access denied"

Can you give any hints were to look at first?

Run as root or administrator.

Sorry I am not a computer expert. What do you mean by "run as root"
I am running as administrator.

Problem is solved.

Using a windows based PC instead of a MAC worked.
