iPod won't recognize iFlash after RB bootloader install

Okay, so I got access to a Windows computer to install RockBox on my 6th Gen iPod Classic. I followed the instructions from the iFlash website, only installing the bootloader the first time, since I'd have to format the sd card afterwards anyway. Well now, my iPod doesn't like the sd card! It shows up in disk utility, but all attempts to format it fail. The sd card works fine in my card reader, and shows up in my other 6th gen, So I know the adapter is working.
Do anyone know why it doesn't recognize it anymore?
