New Timeout / Delay / Alarm picker

Time menus are all over the place in Rockbox with varying units, values, choices etc.

I'd like to put this all through a single interface that isn't a giant unwieldy list.

I need your feedback/suggestions users.

what I have so far has dynamic fields Hour to Milliseconds.

Shifts fields to allow faster increment/dec with the Prev and Next buttons.

Increments/dec with up/down and speed up/down on button repeat.

As a field maxes out it rolls over ( think of a stopwatch)

Scrollbar showing range left if the screen is big enough to display it

After spending most of a day with this time pickerI think it is going to end up being less intuitive then the sprawling menu was especially with non-time options For xample in backlight timout you also have an 'on' and 'off' option or peak hold 'eternal' value so instead i will make a dedicated time picker with auto range so on a menu from 100 ms to 3000 ms it will instead show 100 ms ... 900 ms 1.000s 1.100s etc
