Sansa clip Zip will not 128GB microSD

yes it can. play fine from it too.

just to add the music does not show up in the sandisk firmware. i checked that a while ago.

Just to double check, you're looking for an <microsd1> folder in the file browser when you insert a card?

In this case you should check partition table on your sd card. Rockbox check type of partition and mount only if partition type  FAT32 (0x0b or 0x0c).

It is fat32 did that first thing.
