Next patch should have "CVDD2 autotuner". Probably I should register it as trade mark and got patent :)

Mihail, as part of your mod, could you add wider brightness control range from Clip+? Even the lowest value "0" is unnecessarily bright - this could save the battery a bit more.

Cool, another player bricked, this time in read-only  :-\
No coincidence, this happened straight after loading the 12th version.

No changes are reflected in the internal flash. Even when trying to copy new rockbox inside Sansa firmware.
Even when booting with centre button pressed, the internal flash behaves the same.

The Zip is running the modified firmware that should allow booting from SD card should such malfunction happen, however it still boots from the internal flash only.

I believe the same happened to my son's player that I experimented with: read-only.

I put a RB version on the SD which only mounts the SD, so after loading it from SD with ROLO, at least the player is usable with the writable SD.

How to force the player to boot from SD with the modified firmware?
