Ipod 4th gen greyscale rockbox.ipod problem

Hello everyone!  My iPod has a problem! (WHAT NO WAY?!)  My Ipod has a 32gb cf which I just installed and should work amazing.  There is just one odd problem that keeps on happening.  After I use my Ipod for a day at most the rockbox.ipod file ends up getting corrupted and when I boot it up I have to replace the rockbox.ipod file again.  Not to mention after a while of playing back audio, some of my flac files end up corrupted for no reason whatsoever and end up playing halfway through the songs and stuff like that. I have no idea why it does this stuff which is why I need some help.  Anyways thanks and regards,
