looking for recommendations for new device
« on: November 24, 2016, 05:10:01 PM »
Long story short, i've been a HUGE fan of RockBox.... i've been using it since my first deployment back in 2002.... before purchasing a new device I check here to make sure there's a RockBox port for it.

I'm back here looking.. but I've been "away" from Rockbox development for some time that i don't know what's "new"..

can someone please point me in the right direction? I'm just looking for a RockBox compatible device with expandable memory slot, bright enough screen, under $75 range...

thank you,
mai0f

If my current Sansa Clip+ packs up and I can't get another one then the Xduoo X3 is top of my list of alternatives although the battery life may be an issue for my day-long usage needing a lunchtime top up.
