I've very much enjoyed using RockBox on my Sansa Clip Zip. It's not only made it a useable player, I play the games often. For some reason, playing an almost microscopic solitaire, or sudoku does something satisfying to my brain.

I see that there hasn't been much action in terms of development. My Sansa Clip Zip is starting to get long in the tooth. And I see that the newer Clip Sport has not been ported yet.

Is there still any activity going on in terms of ports? Or is RockBox kind of in coasting mode?

I read through all that. (It's pretty over my head). But they finally got to the punchline at the end. Too bad. Alas.

I'll try keeping my Clip Zips running as long as I can. I'll start a new thread to find out what currently available players are RockBox friendly.

I currently use a Clip+ but been recently thinking about what I would get if it went south and am considering either another Clip+ or an Xduoo X3.
