[iPod 5.5G]Rockbox isn't properly processing multiple genre delimiter for mp3

(1/1)

JustCallMeKev:
So in Foobar2000 and other programs, a semicolon can be entered to separate multiple genres (and other tags).  While Rockbox cannot make use of multiple tags, I find it nice that it places songs into the genre listing based on the first genre encountered before the first delimiter.. except for mp3 files.  It seems it lists the entire set of genres as such: "<genre1>;<genre2>;<genre3>" etc. for mp3 files.

Bringing this back from the dead.  I'd like to see some way to manage this to split based on delimiter.

That or a very easy write-up on how to do this with custom tag navs, etc.  Preferably though a way to use the listed delimiter to automatically create our genres that way rather than custom tag nav.
