Sansa e200 takes very long to show up as a drive (Win 7)

Sansa e250r, rockbox 3.13 running smooth. However, between plugging in the USB cable to being able to access my sansa as a drive take about ~5 minutes. Any ideas?

I don't recall anyone reporting this before. Does it happen with all pcs or just one?

I had that problem once before and I had to back up the root drive and reformat and that cleared it up - a little pain, but it did work - although I can't tell you why.
