How to install rockbox offline to fuze + with rockbox utility?

Hi, is it possible to install rockbox to my fuze + with the rockbox utility offline? Will rockbox add a feature to be able to install to any device offline? I can't seem to find any feature to do this. Thanks for your time, I hope this is possible.
