SanDisk clip install looks fine, but... no rb opsys

Help!  New/old guy.  Install looks fine, got the .rockbox folder and the patched .bin in mp3's root dir, but it refuses to reboot into the rb opsys, just getting the old one.  Seems like it's not actually rebooting, just sleeping and reawakening, could that be the problem?

Win 10
Sansa Clip Zip
autodetect bombs the install utility
Win sees Clip Sport (F:)

If you really have a sport you can't install rockbox.

Aha!  This explains plenty! 

I noticed that none of the images matched my device, so... thank you for the bad news.  But seriously, thanks for taking the time to respond.
