Acoustic Solutions help!

I got a 160 GB acoustic solutions jukebox the other day and my computer wont recognise it at all. Just keeps asking me to format it, but it cant be formatted!
I found a thread saying somebody got it working with rockbox but its not on the list of players. Can anyone help me?!
