Is there any way to have a playlist shuffle but keep the order alphabetical?

So when I press next, it plays a random song, but if I access the playlist it will still be neatly organized?

This would be helpful for driving (at a red light of course) or in the gym if i want a specific song, but will still allow me to press next to shuffle randomly.
