Cant seem to install rockbox on fuze v2

I have the sansa fuze v2 02.03.33. I ran the rockbox utility 1.4 loaded the fuzpa 02.03.33 bin. I keep getting creating output file failed and extraction failed! Any help will be appreciated.

I believe that means that you did not give it the correct file.  The installer is correcting the firmware bin file you can download from Sandisk.  What file did you try to load?

I tried to load the file fuze02.03.33 when unzipped is named fuzpa. I got it from Daniel's sansa series v2 firmwares. Thanks for the reply.

Try installing again, and download the file from sandisk to make sure you have the right one.

Then after you install, if it still fails, go to Help -> Troubleshoot ->  System Trace.  Copy that text to www.pastebin.com and then give a link here.

Thanks for the help saratoga. Found the problem I had to manually select the sansa fuze on the utility under device and search. Rockbox is now loaded thanks again.
