Which Rockbox compatible mp3 player to replace my Clip+?

Hopefully it gets official support... I'm still running my Sansa Clip+. The battery is showing some signs of wear, but I've already had to repair the headphone jack twice. Have a 32 gb card in there, but that's already getting full.
On a side note, if anyone can recommend a good way to give it Bluetooth support via an adapter or the like, I'd be grateful. Most of the speakers I've been looking at these days depend on them.

I use this Bluetooth adaptor

That said all the Bluetooth speakers I have ever looked at also include an Aux In socket?

Checked that out on Amazon.com, looks like it's more meant for home use as it connects to the mains.
I'm replacing my Sansa Clip+ now... the battery disconnected from two wires while I was repairing the headphone jack. One thing I could use clarification on... since I have a 32 gb sandisk microsd hc, I remember reading that Rockbox supported bigger cards? If there's recommendations for that as well, because I'd hate to buy something it doesn't support due to size or the wrong speed. The 32 GB is already almost full with the amount of .ogg files I've been putting on it.
Was looking at https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-microSDXC-Standard-Packaging-SDSQUNC-128G-GN6MA/dp/B010Q588D4/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1472429256&sr=1-8&keywords=micro%2Bsd , maybe pushing it up to 128 on the same type, https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-microSDXC-Standard-Packaging-SDSQUNC-128G-GN6MA/dp/B010Q57S62/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1472429256&sr=1-8&keywords=micro%2Bsd but I'm not certain that MicroSD XC would work with it. Input?
Basically, my plans for bluetooth would be to use it for either car syncing or just normal speaker. Saw a few waterproof models I wouldn't mind having.
I'm more involved in computer hardware then some other things, so I admit I don't know much about bluetooth and card differences. Still learning, and with more and more speakers using it, I figured I'd see what would be best for the Sansa Clip+.
I know this really is beyond Rockbox discussion, so I thank you for suggestions and advice. Thanks for all the work you guys have put into it over the years... I found the perfect theme long ago for it and never looked back. If you guys had a fund for development I'd toss some coin your way.
One last quick question... is there a way to figure out which theme I was using before? I can connect the device via usb, but since the battery is disconnected, I can't boot into the rockbox firmware. I want to make sure I'm using the same one when the new one arrives because it displayed all the info I needed.

Huh! That Bluetooth adaptor is a small battery powered gadget that lasts me all day listening to the cricket while driving the work van (through a discreet bluetooth earpiece while stopped at a customer). If necessary you can connect it a USB power source such as a car power socket or portable power bank to power / charge while still using it.

Actually I also own a Clip+ and since production stopped, also had that thought on my mind, luckily I had two Zen players around, one normal Zen and another Zen X FI, which were dying on a cabinet, and didn't know that Rockbox was also compatible with these players it seems it's recent the compatibility, so now instead of having one I have 3 units on a row, lucky buy for me.
I must say, what a huge improvement Rockbox is over the stock Creative firmware, like night and day.
