Development Version not alphabetizing on iPod mini.

When I use Rockbox version 3.13 on my iPod mini the database works perfectly it shows all the tracks, artist, etc. in alpabetical order. But when I use the Development version it shows about 30 random songs in alphabetical order, then it shows another 30 random songs in alphabetical order. It sorts them like this.

I noticed that everything that should be alphabetized is not. Their is a problem in the rockbox.ipod file. Is anyone else having this issue?

for me, even without the database the problem is apparent.
