So I have a 4GB Sansa Clip+ running Rockbox 3.13. I use it at the gym, and usually charge it up on a wall charger that I keep next to my home office desk. My employer does not allow USB devices to be connected to our work machines for security reasons. But for some reason, they logged my MP3 player being connected to my computer. My question is, how could this have happened? The charger is directly connected to an outlet. The player doesn't have bluetooth or anything (although it does have an FM radio). Am I going crazy? I know I've never connected this device to the USB on my computer, since it uses mini-USB and I don't even have mini cables handy other than the one I charge with.

If they logged the device plugging into the USB port on your computer than most likely someone plugged it into the USB port on your computer.

Thing is, I work from home, and I live alone, so I am absolutely certain no one did this. I don't even have a cable handy to do so, since the micro-usb connector on the Sansa is different from every other USB device in my house.
